Coordination services offer the customer the advantage of
to receive professional support on the key issues of deadlines, costs and quality as well as in the organizational area.

Project coordination by EGGER is therefore primarily aimed at building owners who have their own knowledge but at the same time want to bring comprehensive support "in-house" because they may not have the time to take care of the upcoming project or are simply overwhelmed by the subject matter.

My project coordination team, with 20 years of experience, supports you by actively monitoring organizational, scheduling, and cost plans, advising on funding, and providing assistance throughout the project process, including cross-border projects. The operational radius extends approximately 300 km. Language skills: German and Italian.

Link between client and craftsmen

I also assist you with construction management if you prefer to use your own architect. I ensure quality standards are met during the execution phase and guarantee ongoing support even after the project has been completed, handling complaints and defects even after the completion date.

Through weekly site meetings and site visits, I support and monitor the quality of execution. This effectively prevents unwanted extensions to construction time and additional costs.
